The Denver Broncos are looking for an intern to assist the web department with its content. For more information, please check out this website for more information or to apply for the posting.

Responsibilities:

Provide editorial and multimedia support from the start of training camp (mid July) through the end of the 2009 season, including playoffs, if necessary (approximately early January):

Updating web site content, including, but not limited to:
• Press releases
• Statistics
• Player bios and roster
• Game day content
• Events calendar listings
• Transactions
• Injury reports
• Community stories
• Spanish content
• Weekly capsule and notes
• Collecting player-related content, including, but not limited to:
• Fan Q&As
• Blogs
• Diaries
• Spotlights
• Collecting and expanding audi•and phot•content offerings
• Preparing and sending wireless updates
• Writing feature articles and news items for team publications, including Broncos Gameday and Broncos Magazine

Goals:

1) Improve breadth and depth of online content
2) Contribute to quality of publication content

Qualifications and Experience:

1) Current student or recent graduate in journalism, PR, communications or similar discipline
2) Strong writing and computer skills
3) Excellent attention to detail
4) Desire for career in sports, preferably with some sports-specific work experience
5) Willingness to work weekends and travel
6) Comfort working on multiple projects with tight deadlines in fast-paced environment
7) Knowledge in HTML, Photoshop and video/audio editing software.

    Hello I am currently out of work in Denver, CO. I looked at all the sites more times than thousand times and applied to 100s of positions. However, i have not been able to find a single good response to my resumes. If anyone knows about particular job site where i can look for a good job, please revert me with the location details.     To All- I’m afraid that I have no connection with the Denver Broncos and this internship opportunity is no longer available as it was posted in March 2009.
